Your student living room in the vaulted cellar of the K4 building at the University of Stuttgart - volunteer-run, no pressure to consume, with heart.
Who we are
A student-run place nobody takes a profit from: half of our annual surplus is donated to good causes, the other half goes straight back into the cellar.
An association, not a chain
Faust is not a chain and belongs to nobody who wants to make money with it. We are a registered association: every year we donate 50% of our surplus to good causes, and the rest goes back into our cellar - equipment, furnishings and fair prices.
Run by student volunteers
Behind the bar, on the board, at our events: everything here is done by students - voluntarily, unpaid and with a lot of love.
Open to everyone
Student or not, young or old, with dog or without: you are welcome here. Honestly.

We believe in places where people can come together without pressure to consume. Fair prices, good conversations, room for ideas - and a toast to the fact that places like this still exist.
Playing very much encouraged
An evening at Faust needs no programme. But if you do feel like doing something, you will find:
Game cupboard
Our cupboard is full of board and card games you can borrow for free. Take one out, play, put it back afterwards.
Foosball table
Two against two, for as long as you like. The table is as much part of the cellar as the bar itself.
Pool table
For a slightly calmer round in between: our pool table is open to everyone.
