You can find our regular opening hours on the home page. If something changes at short notice (exam period, holidays, private event), we post it on Instagram and show a banner here on the website.

Pub quiz, open mic nights, concerts, readings, board game nights - and whatever else we (or you!) come up with. All dates are on the events page. Got an idea for an event? Let us know!

Yes! We have a cupboard full of board and card games you can borrow for free, plus a foosball table and a pool table. Just ask at the bar.

Nothing. All events at Faust are free - you never pay admission here. We are of course happy if you have a drink at the bar.

We are a registered association, not a company - nobody here earns money from it. Of whatever is left at the end of the year, we donate 50% to good causes. The rest goes back into our venue.

We would love that! Just drop by on any evening and talk to us, or send us an email. You can find all the details on the Our association page. And you do not have to work behind the bar - supporting members are very welcome too.

Unfortunately, we do not take table reservations. Just drop by!

Yes, well-behaved dogs are explicitly welcome. Water is available at the bar.

No! Faust is run by students, but it is open to everyone. First-semester student, professor, neighbour or simply curious: come on in.

Gladly - concerts, readings, poetry slams, theatre and more. Important: no commercial events, and please plan 2-3 months ahead. Send us your idea via our event form. Private parties are not possible; only for university groups do we decide case by case.

Yes, we accept card payments - and of course still cash.
